HOW DOES CREDIT TRANSFER WITH DISCOUNT ON INVOICE WORK?

You can choose to transfer your credit and get a discount of the same amount on the invoice, applied directly by the supplier, up to the amount to be paid. Therefore, if your renovation works cost 10,000, you will be entitled to a 50% deduction, and so you will pay only € 5,000 to the supplier.

DO YOU RECEIVE CUSTOMERS ONLY BY APPOINTMENT?

It is preferable to make an appointment in order to avoid crowds and to ensure the best possible safety standards. You will also avoid long waits, and you will receive excellent assistance in your choice of products and materials.

This, of course, does not prevent you from visiting our showroom at your leisure and freely.

WHAT WILL I FIND IN THE SHOWROOM?

You will find consultants, decorators and interior designers who will offer you the best solutions: floor and wall coverings, bathroom furniture, taps and fittings, shower stalls, radiators, sanitary ware, saunas and steam baths. To give you a more complete service, you will also find many products related to the world of furniture such as kitchen units, sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables, bookcases, fireplaces, cabinets, walk-in closets, interior doors, beds and accessories – all in total safety and in full compliance with the rules to be complied with in this period.

DO YOU MAKE MADE-TO-MEASURE FURNITURE?

Yes, we have our own in-house carpentry shop and designers who can design and make any type of furniture.

AND WHAT IF I ALSO NEEDED TRANSPORT AND ASSEMBLY?

No problem at all. We will take care of transport and assembly.

I DON'T HAVE A TECHNICIAN WHO CAN ASSIST ME, CAN I RELY ON YOU?

Of course; we can start with a simple consultation up to a turnkey project supported by our technicians and designers.

I AM PLANNING TO REFURBISH MY BATHROOM, CAN I BUY TILES FROM YOU?

By relying on us you can do much more. We will take care of everything: from taps and fittings to sanitary ware, shower trays, mirrors, bathroom furniture, demolition, dismantling of doors, and installation of any product. You will just have to let yourself be guided by the pleasure of choosing.

IS FINANCING POSSIBLE?

We guarantee bespoke payment formulas, with the possibility of interest-free financing. Make an appointment with one of our consultants at the showroom. We will explain in detail all the features of our loans and repayment methods.

DO YOU PROVIDE AFTER-SALES SERVICE ON ALL PRODUCTS?

We strive for an optimal shopping experience; for us, this means, above all, following up our customers for further information or clarification even after the sale. We like to think that the relationships with our customers have a beginning but never an end.

CAN I FIND PARKING EASILY?

The showroom has a large private outdoor area where you can park your car safely.

DO YOU HAVE SURFACE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?

We supply professional quality products that can help you clean floors and walls of any kind.

We are always looking for professionals who ask us for support in order to develop and execute projects for their clients, and our structure is suitable to do this in the best possible way. We believe that working together is the way to achieve the most rewarding and successful results.

CAN I COLLECT THE MATERIAL I BOUGHT ON A SATURDAY?

The warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. If there is any urgent or specific need, please contact us in advance at 030 9747388 and we will do our best to meet your needs.

DO YOU HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION?

We have products in stock that are ready for collection, thus considerably shortening delivery times and allowing us to present you with special offers at very competitive prices.

HOW SOON WILL THE MATERIAL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once your order has been confirmed, you have to calculate between 10 and 20 working days to get your floor and wall tiles. Whereas for furniture, the delivery time is 30 to 45 working days.
Should there be any special requests or urgencies, we will do our utmost to get the material as quickly as possible.

DO I HAVE TO BRING ANY DOCUMENTATION WITH ME TO THE APPOINTMENT?

You don’t need any documentation, but ideally you should have a diagram of the space on which you want to work as well as some measurements so that we can size the extent of the work. If you have any pictures of the actual state of affairs or of any details that seem important to you, this may help our consultant to better understand the solution we can suggest to you.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I HAVE TO PRESENT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A VAT REDUCTION?

Once your estimate has been confirmed, and in order to benefit from VAT reduction, you will have to send us a copy of your identity card (front and back), tax code, building permit and a self-certification stating that you qualify for this right.
On the website you can find several facsimile templates to be used both for the first home and for renovations.

CAN I BUY MATERIAL FROM YOU BUT WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION SERVICE?

Yes, in that case our advice is that you consult your layer. We will provide you with all the technical information (thicknesses, format and quantity per package) you need so that you can calculate the quantities to be ordered correctly.

CAN I RELY ON YOU FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION?

We are one of the founding members of Assoposa, the association dedicated to tile layers, whose competence is guaranteed by a special qualification system that brings this profession to international quality standards. In addition, under a supply and installation contract, you will be able to access to 10% or 4% reduced VAT as well as tax bonuses.
