This complex has been operating for many years, but it needed\u00a0extraordinary maintenance\u00a0<\/strong>to be renovated in the best possible way while complying with the standards required by the market in\u00a0Lake Garda<\/strong>.<\/p>\nThe client wanted to refurbish\u00a025 flats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Since we were working in a tourist accommodation, all the elements to be fitted needed to be practical and functional but without requiring any special maintenance.<\/p>\n Meeting deadlines<\/strong> was of utmost importance since the hotel is open all year long.<\/p>\n We focused on refurbishing the\u00a0existing flooring\u00a0<\/strong>of the flats so that they were more in tune with the ambient as a whole. Since we adapted existing windows and doors, the customer did not have to replace them.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/mk_page_section][mk_page_section layout_structure=”half_left” bg_image=”https:\/\/www.awdfbozza.com\/sbaraini\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/seconda-foto-case-history.jpg”][vc_column][mk_fancy_title size=”18″ font_weight=”500″ letter_spacing=”1″ margin_top=”36″ margin_bottom=”5″ font_family=”none”]We finished the first\u00a015 flats in one month’s work<\/strong> so that the hotel could be available for the Christmas Holidays.[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1616414560163{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]For the bathroom, we both demolished the walls and built the new ones, and modified the plumbing system. We made porcelain stoneware tops for vessel washbasins, and fitted them at 45\u00b0 joints. The shower tray is made of\u00a0Marmek<\/strong>, one of the most scratch-resistant and\u00a0easy-to-clean<\/strong> materials.<\/p>\n Light comes from two light sources so that there is direct light for the mirror and indirect light for the rest of the bathroom.<\/p>\n We took care of all the stages of the works- from cleaning the place, to packing the furniture to protect it against damage. Once the works were completed, we replaced the furnishings in the rooms, so that they were ready to welcome customers again.<\/p>\n The owners were satisfied with the results and with the fact that we met all the deadlines scheduled.
